Sonic Dreamer Studio is not a commercial studio, it is private and not operating as a public business.
Engaging with any work with this studio, online or physically in the studio will conform to the following conditions:
- Ethical conduct will be followed at all times.
- All parties must be 20 years of age or above (verification might be requested)
- Communications will be:
- considered private and confidential (not personal)
- in a professional manner
- in the case of email, or direct social media chats - be kept for traceability and proof of transparency
- A contract will always be:
- drawn up before any work starts
- agreed to by all parties before any work starts
- shared with all parties before any work starts (for download)
- Channels used for collaborations (when not in studio) may include:
- Less preferred:
- direct chats on social media IM
- More preferred:
- direct voice messages delivered on social media IM
- video conferencing (Zoom, Teams)
- video streaming of the studio session with narration
- Production artefacts from this studio:
- will only be releasable on completion (but will be shared with the artist for download)
- will only committed to the transfer of ownership on completion
- may not be shared before completion on other platforms (example collaboration sites)
- Respectful and professional interaction is always required from all parties
- Local payments will only be sent / received made via EFT (no handling of physical cash)
- International payments will only be sent / received via PayPal
- Often a production will be free. The process followed is exactly the same, just without any payment part.
